This is the second attempt at a fish shaped cake. I made this one for my cousin's birthday. I use buttercream icing and then I airbrush the details. Always room for improvement but I was still pleased with the results.

I just thought I would give this a try. I really enjoy designing and decorating cakes. I mainly only do cakes for family and friends, but it is my hobby. I am a Family and Consumer Science teacher at a local high school, so this is my creative outlet. I do not have any formal training. I am self taught, and always eager to learn more. I plan to post pictures of the cakes that I do on this site, so check them out!
